Framed Print of Alien contact in the 1940s, artwork
Alien contact. Computer artwork of aliens and alien spacecraft over a desert on Earth in the 1940s. Several such incidents are alleged to have taken place. The Roswell incident took place near Roswell, New Mexico, USA, on the evening of 2 July 1947. Many UFO sightings were reported during a thunderstorm, and the next morning strange wreckage was found in a field. The official explanation was that it was a crashed weather balloon. Conspiracy theorists believe that the true events and discoveries of alien bodies were kept secret. Several UFO sightings were also reported during World War II, but kept secret until years later.
