Framed Print of Far side of the moon

Far side of the moon. Simulation based on the first images taken of the far side of the moon by the Soviet Luna 3 space probe. The far side of the Moon is the lunar hemisphere that is permanently turned away from the Earth. Luna 3 was launched on October 4, 1959 and took 29 photographs of the lunar far side. The photographs, all of poor quality, showed a crater-rich far side with some special details.
